Yesterday, I had the privilege of witnessing grassroots democracy in action as I observed 15 polling units across Jos-North. Engaging with PLASIEC officials, party agents, and voters, I saw firsthand the dedication of those involved in the democratic process. I also visited polling units in Riyom and Jos-South, where I was heartened to see the peaceful and orderly conduct of the elections.
This experience has filled me with hope and pride as we celebrate peace and progress in Plateau State and across Nigeria. Such moments remind us of the power of unity and the importance of every voice in shaping our nation’s future.
